4. Iterate, Measure, and Improve Each Sprint

Did this sprint's changes improve or degrade the application's response time under load? Did memory consumption increase? Did error rates under stress change?
These questions should generate actionable backlog items. If a new feature introduced a 15% increase in database query time under concurrent load, that finding belongs in the next sprint's backlog as a performance optimization task, not in a separate "performance project" that gets deprioritized indefinitely.
